With just one week to go until the London Marathon, I thought I’d share four invaluable things I’ve discovered from my training.
1) You will lose any musical dignity you had.
Although a topic that sparks disagreement amongst the running community, I have found music to be of great comfort when running.
However, forget running to those cool Libertines and Strokes tracks; the music that really helps me run are those which any self-respecting Dylan fan would frown upon. (more…)
